Ok, didn't expect this.  I've enjoyed the omelets for years but today I didn't feel like an omelet.  Why did I go then?  My wife wanted an omelet, Ok! Don't judge me. But I'm always up for chicken friend steak.  And there it was on the front side of the menu.  It wasn't in bold text or with a banner, but I found it, and I ordered it.  I only had two regrets after.  One, I waited all these years to order it.  Two, well, that I didn't order two.  Goodness... that is exactly what it was!

A great local breakfast and lunch restaurant. Friendly staff and expert cooks are providing the best quality food  at quick turnarounds. I ate there three days in a row, never disappointed and was surprised at the consistency of good food and service. It's been two years since our last visit, and I'm happy to report that both the service and food quality have remained consistently excellent.
One thing to note: if you order a sweet roll, expect to pay $8.50, even though the menu still lists the older price. Our waitress explained they recently switched suppliers to Swells Sweets, which increased their cost, but they only update the printed menus once a year. Good to know before ordering.
The sweet roll itself was on the dry side, although the generous icing helped make up for it.
My #107 omelet was exactly as I remembered it two years ago, which is a compliment. My wife enjoyed one of the senior breakfast options and found it more than enough without adding the $8.50 sweet roll.

Where else can you go and have 110 omelet options? Sybill's delivers. Service is excellent and friendly even though the restaurant is busy. Orders taken quickly and food is being served with little wait time. This restaurant is Salem's secret gem. Look at my menu photos. I got the 106 omelet. For those few with a hollow leg, get the 110 with 6 egg option. The omelet was cooked to perfection. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and the right firmness texture on the inside without bring mushy. I always get rye toast and this met my expectation.  The wife got the senior breakfast and choose 3 items. Coffee never got below 1/2 full before our server came back around offering a refill. Food was good, service was excellent. We were there with our four kids, four and under, our waitress anticipated our needs and was so accommodating. She kind to our children and made our breakfast feel like breakfast at a friend's house.
